Kylie Parker has been with MRC & Frontier West since 2019 and is highly motivated by team success in the fast-paced construction industry. Her work includes financial analysis and reporting, budget management, tax planning and compliance, and maintaining project financial records for internal and external audits. Before joining the team, her experience involved customer service, bookkeeping, payroll, facilitating employees, and handling recruiting and scheduling.

Kylie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Born and raised in Montana, Kylie loves the quiet lifestyle and spending time outdoors camping, golfing, and taking in all the beautiful scenery Montana has to offer.
