Tom Schulke has been a key part of MRC and Frontier West since 2016, specializing in heavy civil construction, earthwork, and grading. With over a decade of experience on MDT projects in foreman and supervisory roles, he has successfully managed crews of 15+ from start to finish. His expertise includes airport runway reconstruction, utilizing GPS and millimeter-grade equipment for precision grading.

Born and raised in Montana, Tom enjoys working in the mountains and remote locations like Glacier National Park. Outside of work, he loves spending time outdoors with his family.
