Ryan Spence is a skilled Superintendent specializing in heavy civil construction, particularly bridges and structures. With extensive experience working across the United States on high-voltage transmission lines, dams, and above-ground reservoirs, he has led multiple crews and subcontractors across diverse scopes, including grading, excavation, retaining walls, and concrete foundations. His deep knowledge of safety, quality, and project management has prepared him to lead several MDT projects with MRC and Frontier West.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology. He loves working in Montana, where he gets to build in some of the most pristine landscapes in the nation. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and sharing these experiences with his family.
